Norm was very helpful in proving me with tips on how to drive safely and perform manoeuvres I had barely done like reverse parallel parking. He was relaxed and friendly which was good for easing nerves and walked me through the steps I needed to do in order to perform various road actions.

Norm was a down to earth guy that we could relate to. My daughter felt very comfortable with him as she was very anxious about the whole driving lesson scenario. Her confidence was low at the start but by the end of her lesson she drove in areas that she said she was Not going to drive in. Great job Norm...we will definitely be booking another driving lesson.

Highly recommend Highland School of Motoring to any learner drivers! Norm was a great instructor who put me at ease whenever I was nervous and always explained why I should do something a certain way.
